These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 777dd platform and its users. The following definitions are used in this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 777dd website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered personal account on 777dd.
• "Real Money" refers to actual currency (BDT/৳) that can be deposited or withdrawn.

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions will be rejected and returned.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, 777dd reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Some examples of the bonus:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Bonus Terms — General Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the offer page.
• Each bonus offer may be used only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• 777dd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

General Gaming Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, however if an event is cancelled the bet will be refunded.
• Betting limits may vary across different events.
• 777dd reserves the right to withdraw from any market or event.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or fictitious identity.
• Bonus fraud, such as attempting to meet bonus requirements through artificial bets.
• Hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating an account in a third party's name or placing bets on behalf of others.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Harassing, insulting, or discriminating against other players.
• Making false claims or chargebacks against 777dd.

Account Suspension

Permanent Account Closure

An account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited in the following cases:

• As directed by a court or law enforcement authority.
• If the account has been inactive for more than 18 months (inactivity policy applies separately).

777dd strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, 777dd is not liable for the following:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Issues caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Losses resulting from a user's account credentials falling into someone else's hands.
• Unexpected technical errors or system downtime.
• Changes to the service due to changes in applicable laws or regulations.

In any case, 777dd's total liability will not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.

777dd reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• For significant changes, notice will be given via the email registered to the account or on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
